HOW IT STARTED
Welcome!
I started LM Virtual Support in January 2025, I was in a job I loved but I also yearned to have a better work-life balance, freedom & true flexibility. My regular 9-5 just wasn't working for me, I was emotionally & mentally drained, I was at total burnout!
I never dreamed I would be able to create a business that would support my neurodivergent family in a way that would be flexible enough for me to be present for my kids but also continue to work in a job that I loved. So... I jumped in, took a risk and created a business.
The idea has always been to use my personal & professional experience with NDIS to help practitioners manage their clinics, to lighten the load & avoid burnout from being overworked & under supported. I've worked in admin for over a decade, having spent a number of years as a team leader for a multidisciplinary allied health clinic.
My passion for creating a neurodivergent affirming space came from seeing the struggles I felt & other ND people felt from being misunderstood in the work place, not communicating in a way that others expect, needing to visualise tasks, taking on so much you are in a constant state of exhaustion. Not to mention, the fear or worry of being judged because your needs or capacity differs from the 'norm'!
Having 2 Neurodivergent children, I understand the complexities of NDIS and how important it is to have neurodiversity-affirming practice. I'm passionate about providing a safe space and value collaboration, mutual respect, empathy, and kindness in every client relationship.
My goal is to help your business in a way that aligns with you, for you to feel valued and supported in a judgement free space.
ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Louise!
I live in beautiful South Australia with my husband, 2 children and our dog, Norman. I am forever starting TV shows but never quite seem to finish them because.. well you know, life! Nothing gets done without music in our house, we have a playlist for everything. When I'm not working, I'm mostly in the car driving my kids around to numerous sport & extracurricular activities!

Panda videos.. I'm pretty sure they are my spirit animal!
In the spirit of fairness, here are some things I don't like... Cold weather, loud chewing, rudeness, spiders/bugs. I also have a very irrational fear of birds & sinkholes!
I enjoy making people laugh, have a very dry sense of humour & whilst I absolutely love my job, I try not to take life too seriously because it flies by, so why not have fun with it!

I know you don't have time to be checking your bookings & appointments all day, nor do you want to be spending all night rescheduling last-minute cancellations! Leave this to me, I'm here to make sure you are booked and busy.
Need to cancel your day? Don't worry, I got you! Leave it to me, I'll call/text/email your clients so all you need to do is relax knowing it's all been taken care of.
NDIS - SERVICE AGREEMENTS
You know what you need to have included in your service agreement but don't know how to put it all together? Or.. You have a super simple agreement that you typed up all those years ago when you started & now it needs updating/tweaking but who has the time? Me! Let's work together to make your agreements compliant, simple to read, personal to your client and your business.
GENERAL ADMIN
So.. your inbox is bursting with unread emails (too many to even count), you've spent all weekend trying to clear your inbox, there's emails in your drafts because you haven't had time to proof read them.. sound familiar? That's where I come in, to help you get your time back, with support that's inclusive, neuro-affirming, judgement free & actually helpful. Admin is my thing, but I'm all about working together to create systems that work for your thinking & communication styles.
NDIS ADMIN & INVOICING
Let's talk progress notes & Invoicing....
Maybe you started out with 1-2 clients, this was manageable & you stayed on top of your notes/claims, but now your business has grown, your days are full with clients & things are stacking up! Don't worry, this is totally workable for me, I will happily type out your progress notes or spell-check the report you so desperately need to get out but don't have time to proof-read.
As for invoices, I know all too well how long & tedious it can be to fix errors so why not delegate this to me? This way you get to focus on more client work without spending hours trying to chase up unpaid invoices or correct errors.
